Parasol Light Cover
  To inject a bit of whimsy and color to any room, make a parasol cover for the ceiling light. Just follow the directions below.
1) Remove parasol handle and insert screw into side of remaining parts to keep the parasol open. 2) Take invisible wire and string around a few ends of the paper parasol. 3) Unscrew light fixture, take existing cover off and remove screws. 4) Thread wire through screw holes in fixture from the inside going outward. 5) Lift parasol to light. 6) Tie ends of wire to different spokes. Make sure not to tie them too tight, or else the parasol won't hold. |
